Seniors Start Championship with a Win
Blarney 0-22 – 1-14 Fermoy
After a sluggish start Blarney found themselves up by the minimum at the first water break.
A strong finish to the half from Fermoy saw the Avondhu side go in at the break a point to the good.
A much improved performance after the restart saw Blarney three up at the second water break.
From here Blarney progressed outscoring Fermoy 0-8 to 1-1 in the final quarter.
